THIS IS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO PUT YOUR LAYOUT ON EVERY PAGE
first off make a header.php and a footer.php file....... in the header.php file, put all of your header information that you would want to show up on every page like your side bar information and your header image and stuff then in your footer file you should put all of your copyright information and everything you want to show up at the bottom of every page.... once that is done you need to have all of your pages set up like this
